①【明細書について】
当院では医療の透明化や患者さまへの情報提供を積極的に推進していく観点から、領収書の発行の際に個別の診療報酬の算定項目の分かる明細書を無料で発行しております。

②【一般名処方について】
後発医療品があるお薬については患者さまへのご説明の上、商品名ではなく一般名（有効成分の名称）で処方する場合があります。
一般名とは後発品を選択する際の名称です。同じ成分であれば先発薬より薬価が低い薬剤を調合することが可能となるため医療費の削減につながります。

③【処方日数について】
当院では患者さまの状態に応じて28日以上の長期の投薬あるいはリフィル処方箋交付を行うことが可能です。

④【医療情報の活用について】

オンライン資格確認システムを通じて、患者さまの診療情報・薬剤情報を取得し、調剤・服用指導を行う際当該情報を閲覧し活用しています。マイナンバーカードの健康保険証利用を促進し、医療DXを通じて質の高い医療を提供できるよう取り組んでいます。

また、電子処方箋の発行や電子カルテ情報共有サービスなどの医療DXに係る取り組みを今後導入し実施する予定です。

⑤【感染対策について】
当院では受信歴の有無に関わらず、発熱およびその他の感染症を疑わせるような症状を呈する患者さまの受け入れを行っています。一般の患者さまと発熱患者さまの動線を分けるため、受診前には必ず電話予約をお願いいたします。

② [About generic name prescriptions]
For medicines for which generic versions are available, we may prescribe them by their generic name (the name of the active ingredient) instead of the product name after explaining the situation to the patient.

The generic name is the name used when selecting a generic drug. If the ingredients are the same, it is possible to compound a drug with a lower drug price than the original drug, which leads to reduced medical expenses.

Depending on the patient's condition, our hospital can prescribe medication for a long period of 28 days or more or issue a refill prescription.

Through the online qualification confirmation system, we obtain patients' medical and drug information, and view and use that information when dispensing and providing medication instructions. We are working to promote the use of the My Number card as a health insurance card and provide high-quality medical care through medical digital transformation.

We also plan to introduce and implement initiatives related to medical digital transformation, such as issuing electronic prescriptions and sharing electronic medical record information.

⑤ [Infection control]
Our hospital accepts patients who have fevers or other symptoms that may suggest an infectious disease, regardless of whether they have a medical history. In order to separate the flow of general patients from patients with fevers, please make sure to make a reservation by phone before visiting.
